Data Deletion Request
Submit a formal request to have your personal data deleted from Beryl systems, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR Art. 17, CCPA).
What data can be deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, Beryl will remove your personal data from all applicable systems, including:
- Account information (name, email address, profile data)
- Integration credentials and connected service data
- Conversation and usage history
- Billing and payment information (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Projecting and operational data associated with your account
What happens after you submit
- Acknowledgement (within 2 business days): Our privacy team will send you a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request.
- Identity verification: We will verify your identity to ensure we are processing the request for the correct data subject. We may ask you to confirm account details or provide additional verification.
- Data deletion (within 30 days): Once verified, we will delete your personal data from our production systems and, where technically feasible, from backups and third-party sub-processors.
- Deletion confirmation: We will send you a final confirmation email once deletion is complete, including a summary of the systems from which your data was removed.
SLA: Beryl aims to fulfill all verified data deletion requests within 30 calendar days of identity verification. In complex cases, we may extend this by up to an additional 30 days and will notify you accordingly.
How to submit your request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following information:

Important notes
- Deletion requests apply only to data associated with the verified account. We cannot delete data belonging to other individuals.
- Certain data may be retained where required by law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance) or to resolve disputes. We will inform you of any such exceptions.
- Deleting your account data is irreversible. You will lose access to your Beryl workspace and all associated history.
